It was a result that firmly established their title credentials as they reinforced their place at the WSL pinnacle.

Back-to-Back Setbacks for Manchester United

This result marked successive Women's Super League setbacks for Marc Skinner’s side for the maiden instance since last May, leaving them a significant margin off the table toppers with their trophy ambitions severely dented.

United’s ability to manage domestic and continental soccer with a limited squad has been a hotly discussed subject since they qualified for the UCL. Considering the calendar, it always felt like this was the period that would truly test this fortitude. Sadly for the away side, they appeared tired from start to finish, the memorable win against PSG clearly having had an impact.

Lineup Adjustments

Dominant First Half
